During April 20 to March 21 despite Covid and us having to either work from home or provide a telephone service within CAB, Coatbridge CAB supported almost 3,000 clients (almost 2,000 were new clients who hadn't contact us before) giving out over 8,300 bits of advice resulted in over £2.2 million in financial gains to clients with over £1.7 million in benefit entitlement alone.
