Martin came to Coatbridge CAB in August 2018 under the Community Jobs Scotland scheme, he came in as an admin assistant and to his credit after settling in and gaining confidence he wanted to learn more. Martin is now a Generalist Adviser within Coatbridge CAB and very much part of the team. We would love to get funding to keep him on after August 2019.
Well done Martin, truely a success story.
